Information and consultancy services

The Agency provides a variety of information services for its partners. It is the regional representative of the RIS information network for the Liberec Region and the EuroInfoCentre information network of the European Commission, DG Enterprise. Within these networks, the Agency primarily provides information to the business sector consisting of small and medium-sized businesses and it cooperates with the local trade associations and Chamber of Commerce in this area.

At a regional level, the Agency represents CzechInvest, the national agency for the promotion of foreign investment, and administers the regional database of sites that are suitable for possible investment intentions of an industrial nature. In this respect the Agency cooperates with both local government bodies and private business entities.

We suggest a specific site that would be suitable for the investment intentions of a partner based on his requirements, provide the background information on the property, and organise a visit to the site. We are able to facilitate the entry of foreign partners to the Czech business environment, from the establishment of a legal entity and the entry of this company in the Commercial Register, to the provision of personnel and labour-safety consultancy. 

We offer Czech business entities assistance in finding their way around national and European support programmes intended for small and medium-sized businesses, whilst also processing their documents in accordance with the requirements of such programmes. We also offer guidance and assistance throughout the implementation process and ensure the subsequent documentation of the innovative or other project for which a subsidy has been acquired. 

ARR – Agentura regionálního rozvoje, spol. s r.o. – offers small and medium-sized businesses consultancy in the following spheres:

• Searching out programmes of financial support for the implementation of their objectives and the development of their business activity;

• Searching out partners (in association with the Chambers of Commerce and professional associations);

• Searching out potential partners abroad and making contact with them;

• The processing of documentation with regard to applications for financial support for the development goal under consideration, the preliminary negotiation of such applications with the representatives of the responsible institution, and the incorporation of any possible comments;

• Assistance in the conclusion of a Contract on the Provision of Financial Support;

• Assistance throughout the implementation of the business development goal and the management of the relevant administration according to the requirements of the grant programme;

• Assistance in the processing of a final assessment.
